We offer a range of delivery options to receive the Products purchased on our Site. You can choose the one that best suits your personal needs.

1. Store Pickup

• FREE service – Pick up from a Kipling store – Nicosia Mall , My Mall or Metropolis Mall store
• Collection is available 7 days a week, depending on store opening hours.

You will be notified once products are available for pick up. It might take 5-7 working days until you are notified.

2. Collection point – BOX NOW FREE

• FREE service, delivered within 5 – 7working days.
• Collection is available 24/7

3. Delivery at an ACS Courier Collection Point

• FREE service for purchases above 100€, delivered within 5-7 working days. 3€ EXTRA charge for purchases lower than 100€.
• Collection is available 6 days a week, depending on store opening hours.

4. Standard Home Delivery

• FREE* service for purchases above 100€, delivered within 5-7 working days. 4.50€ EXTRA charge for purchases lower than 100€.
• Delivery is Monday to Friday during business hours.

*There might be an additional charge (D1 +6€ , D2 +12€, D3 +36€) for unapproachable areas. The extra charge is shown at checkout before purchase.

Please note:

• It is our goal to deliver within the above mentioned times, however, delivery dates are not guaranteed as shipments are handled by third parties and are subject to carriers’ local bank holidays.
• We will be unable to change the delivery address on orders after checkout.
• If there is no one at the indicated nominated delivery address who can accept delivery of products, the carrier will leave a notification card.
• Title to and risk of loss in your products will pass to you when you take possession of the products.
• All products are shipped from our warehouses in Cyprus.
